How to Download: Please add the "Downloadable Design" to your cart and checkout. After checkout, you will receive two emails, the first confirming your order and the second with your Downloadable or Free Designs.
DOWNLOAD. Click on the blue "Download" hyperlink to retrieve your patterns. You can then save the file to your computer.
NOTE: When you order both shipped Purchased items and Downloadable designs, your email to “Download” will not be sent until the order is complete. If you wish to receive the Downloadable designs right away order without other shipped purchased items.
BONUS: If you are a registered customer, the designs will also be available in your account under “Downloadable Products".
NOTE: An Account is Required for Downloads.
Please add the Downloadable Design(s) to your cart and checkout. After checkout, you will be able to download your pattern(s) from My Account page. From the My Account page look for the Downloadable Products section. This will list all your downloads, click the Download button on the right side to download your pattern.
For Hand Embroidery, the downloaded file will be a pdf file that can be printed.
For Machine Embroidery, the downloaded file will be a zip file that will need to extracted (or unzipped) to view the files.
