Santa and Toys Stocking - Hand Embroidery Pattern

Many toys have escaped from our RedWork folk art Santa's bag of goodies. Make our cheerful RedWork Santa as a Christmas stocking for a favorite person.....or finish as a banner for lots of holiday fun! Enjoy the 5 coordinating ornaments to complete your holiday decorating.

Trace your designs directly onto the muslin with a FriXion Pen.

If you DO NOT like to trace, use Stick 'n Stitch. Print the design on 2 sheets of 8 1/2" x 11" Stick 'n Stitch.  Put one printed sheet on your muslin and complete stitching and then add the second sheet and finish your stocking.    Print the 5 ornaments on a single sheet of Stick 'n Stitch. 

Other materials you may need to Embroider and finish the RedWork Stocking plus the 5 coordinating Ornaments. 

• 1/2 yard Heavy Weight Muslin for embroidery and stocking linings.
• 14" x 18" Red & White fabric for stocking back, quilt batting.
• Ball of #8 Robin Red Perle Cotton #1915
• Crewel needle.
• Dark Red Wool to finish ornaments backs 13" x 16"
• Batting to line stockings & ornaments
