Permanent in pens with a very thin tip to trace designs directly onto fabric.  The ink is permanent and will NOT bleed when you launder your embroidery after the stitching is completed.

Just tape your pattern on a light box (or tape in a bright window) and then tape your fabric over the top to secure.  With your pigma marker, draw the design directly onto the fabric.  The pen will flow easily over your fabric, no need to press really hard.
