Trace your designs on the towels with a FriXion heat removeable pen.

If you don't like to trace, use Stick 'n Stitch.  Print the designs on the Stick 'n Stitch, pull the printed film off the paper backing and finger press onto the tea towels and get stitching in minutes - remove with lots of running warm water.  Super stuff!
