Enjoy Needle Felting on a 100% felted wool background. This "beautiful" creature with a green complexion is felted with wool roving using a single felting needle. Hang your finished Halloween wall hanging from the Vintage wooden quill and wire.

Transfer your Witch design onto the wool fabric background with Stick 'n Stitch. Pull the printed film off the Stick 'n Stitch paper and finger press onto the wool.

Add layers of wool roving to create interest and texture in her face and clothes. Lots of fun with an EASY-TO-DO "applique" version of Needle Felting!
