Trace the Sampler design onto the muslin with a heat removeable FriXion Pen. 

If you don't like to trace, try Stick 'n Stitch and print the design on the film and finger press onto the muslin.  Print on 2 sheets, stitch the top half, remove the film and add the second and complete your design! Nice and easy.
