This is the wire Tina uses to form the arms and legs for her Needle Felted "people".  The 18 gage floral wire is cloth covered so your roving adheres to it...uncovered wire just won't hold your roving in place!  When you have your critters Needle Felted they will be sturdy enough to stand and the arms and legs will be slightly posable.  

Each wire is 18" long with 12 wires in each package.
