A shamrock for special St. Patty's day treats and gifts.  A quick to make wool applique scissor fob that is also an emery to use to keep your pin and needles sharp and ready to use.

The pretty Evergreen heart shamrock is appliqued on a blue-green background.  The emery (a ground metal) fills the little fob to keep track of your special embroidery scissor.  Pretty, timely and useful - NEAT.
