If you DO NOT LIKE TO TRACE use Sticky Fabri-Solvy. Print the Heart designs on the 8" x 11" size of Sticky Fabri-Solvy. Pull the printed design off the paper backing and finger press onto your tea towel. Add your hoop and get stitching in just minutes - great stuff!
