He's a sorry sight to see.
If he had a brain, he might complain.
I bet he wishes he were me!"
Instructions to finish Frozen Fred as shown in our model!
Square the embroidery to 8” x 10” I used a rotary pinking shears).
Center that on the mottled blue (10” x 12”) and attach with Running Stitch adding French Knots in the 4 corners.
Cut blue snowflake into strips = 2” x 18” across the width of the fat quarter and 2” x 18” from the left over longest side.
You will need the remaining snowflake fabric from your fat quarter to back your pillow.
Machine sew the strips onto the mottled blue piece. ¼” seam allowances used.
I stitched 2 strips onto the long side of the blue first and then the last 2 strips across the top and bottom
With the right sides together, machine sew the pillow front and back together leaving an opening to turn. Turn right side out and steam press the edges.
Make a flange edge by machine sewing next to the snowflake strips (in the ditch) beginning and ending at the pillow opening.
Stuff the pillow and hand stitch the opening edge closed. Complete the flange edge on the sewing machine.
