Special firm foam to Needle Felt on.  Just any kind of foam won't protect your needles or yourself from a stick with your very sharp needle!  We have researched out just the right foam for you to use.

Cover your foam with a fabric cover.  This makes your foam easier to clean off when moving from project to project.  Use another small piece of foam to clean your felting foam by rubbing over the top.
