Wooden Bobbin with a Wooden Gear at both ends.  These bobbins were used to weave "round" things like cording, clothes line and even rope.  These small bobbins probably make the smaller cording like items.  They were used in a circular "May pole" configuration to weave the round items....interesting!

These Bobbins measure 4 1/2" long and 1 1/2" at either end.  Nice to wrap ribbons and laces on or just fill up a basket for decoration in your sewing room.
