A bright blue KAYanEE Sew Master toy sewing machine from the 1950's. This lttle machine is hand operated by turning the handwheel to raise and lower the needle - which is missing. Some scratching and paint loss but little rust on this "elderly" toy made from sturdy sheet metal.
The KAYandEE Corporatiuon of America manufactured toy sewing machines in Berlin,m Germany in the U.S. Zone after Worled War II. Many of the sewing machines were offered in the Montgomery Ward Christmas catalogs from 1954 thrugh 1963. This will make a bright spot in your collection of toy sewing machines!
