Enjoy Wool Applique with 100% Felted Wool and applique with #8 Perle Cotton.  Hang your Bewitched gal from a vintage quill once used in a fabric mill as a bobbin for yarn and placed in a shuttle to make the fabric.  Use some funky wire or find cording to thread through the quill.  Adds more interest to your work.
